Event Information
Things are a bit different than usual. Mox Mania will be holding seven prerelease events with three rounds instead of the normal four. Each will have a cap of 48 players, so I'll only be scheduling one judge per event. This means you'll be running the whole event solo. Here is the schedule:
Friday 7pm: Sealed
Saturday 10am: Two-Headed Giant Sealed
Saturday 2:30pm: Sealed
Saturday 7pm: Sealed
Sunday 10am: Two-Headed Giant Sealed
Sunday 2:30pm: Sealed
Sunday 7pm: Sealed
Compensation:
Is primarily in the form of booster packs based on player turnout at the rate of 1.25 packs/player (or store credit at a $2.25/pack rate).
Expectations:
Arrive at least 30-45 minutes before your shift to help with registration and setup. Attire is standard Judge Black: shirt, shoes, belt, pants/dress/skirt/utilikilt, etc. If you have a Mox Mania shirt of some kind, wear that. A Magic Judge uniform shirt is fine too, as is a plain black shirt of some other sort. Or, if you have some other Judge swag, that's cool too. If you have questions or concerns, indicate as such in your cover letter, and/or contact the Judge Manager.
