Asgard Games (Houston) WPNQ Prelim Events and Closed Final

On behalf of Asgard Games, we are excited to host their WPNQs for the upcoming season.  There will be 2 Preliminary Events with a cap of 64.  Top 16 from these events will be able to compete in the final event which will have a cap of 32 players.

Compensation is 100 dollars cash per event for Floor Judges.  Food/Drinks provided.

EXPECTATIONS

Judges volunteering for this event are expected to prepare for each event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, and Infraction Procedure Guide. each of which can be found at the Magic Judges Document Center. Judges are also expected to behave in a professional manner at all times, as representatives of Asgard Games and the Magic Judge program. This includes arriving on time, and in appropriate attire. 

The dress code for judges at this event is an official judge shirt (black collared shirt if you do not have one), black pants (dress pants), a belt, and comfortable shoes (both preferably black). Judges should not be in uniform while off-duty, including during breaks and while trading.

Please include a short cover letter or bio stating why you would be the best fit for these events.  Also select the checkboxes for the event(s) in which you are applying.  Also indicate if you would be able to make multiple events.  Applications for ALL 3 events will close on Feb 8th, so please get your applications in ASAP!
