Event Information
Hello and thank you for your interest in presenting at the Oklahoma Mini-Conference. We're very excited to have you! The event will be on March 14th, 2020 at El Reno, Oklahoma.
General Information
The current expected check-in time will be 10:30 AM, with the first presentation starting at 11:00 AM and the event ending at around 5:30 PM.
This is a foil supported conference. To be eligible to receive the conference foils, the participant must be a certified judge by February 29th, 2020.
This is the application for presenting. Please put in your cover letter what your presentation will be about.
As a note, you don't have to be an expert on a subject to present on it. You just have to have a passion for it and a willingness to teach others.
