Event Information
We are looking for new judges for the next season!
On april 4th we are hosting another DOQ for which we will need a HJ. Hopefully a L2, but if you are an L1 and have enough experience, feel free to reach out.
We have an average of 30-32 players, so expect 5 rounds and Top8.
Event starts at 11am, the judge is expected to be at the location between 10:30 and 10:45.
Your tasks will include helping the TO set up the tables, the registration and the opening speech. Scorekeeping during the event is also the judge's responsibility but you might also use the TO for that (up to you). At the end of Swiss and at the beginning of the Top8 part of the tournament, you are expected to give a short speech reminding everyone the rules about pairings and prize split, and during the Top8 itself you will be handing out the prizes as players leave.
Compensation

*Travel compensation (based on public transport, maximum 25 euro)
30 euro cash or 10 boosters of the current set (let me know in advance what you prefer)
