Core 2021 BeNeLuX Online Miniconference

Judges and familiars of the BeNeLux,

As we unseal our vault doors and wander out into the post-apocalypse world some of us may even get to run a limited size Core 2021 prerelease event in person. Others may run theirs online or want to stay up to date on the rule changes and say hi to their judge friends.

We've got all of you covered and unlike companions we still function outside of your mainphase and don't cost (3). To accomplish that feat we have invited two stellar judges for you; the splendid Sabrina Kool will talk you through all the ins & outs of Core 2021 and the changes in the documents while our online explorer Jurgen Baert himself will guide you through new documents regulating online events that he may have helped write (autograph session pending).
To have a little bit more of that miniconference social experience, dropping in to play some games and have some small talk, we will open the servers earlier this time around and invite you all to join us when you can!

17:00 - The (digital) doors open: Bring your own food, get some drinks ready, catch up with your judge friends while chatting or playing some online games.
19:00 - Official start: Welcome announcement
19:10 - Seminar 1: Rules and changes to the documents for Core 21 by Sabrina Kool
20:00 - Break
20:10 - Seminar 2: New documents on judging and running online events by Jurgen Baert
21:00 - Official end

Note that at the moment we have only 45 spots. If you register and get accepted, we expect you to also show up at the event online.

If, due to circumstances, you can not be present please let us know as this opens a free spot for someone else who would like to attend.

Note that we will give priority to Benelux based judges first, however if we have spots left judges outside of Benelux can also be accepted. 

Acceptations will be send out on Monday 22nd.

This conference will be held on a private server on Discord. A few days before the conference, accepted judges will be added to this server.

A headset is not strictly required to participate, though required if you want to be able to speak with other attendees or ask verbal questions. Please use the Discord settings before the conference to verify that your audio set-up works clearly and does not have a lot of background noise. We cannot help you fix this during the presentations, and if your audio interferes with others ability to listen we will have to mute you.
