$20,000 Modern on Sunday
$2,000 Legacy on Saturday
$5,000 Pioneer on Sunday

Compensation
All roles are paid a base of $200 per day.
Additional compensation is based on Judge Level and MXP experience.
(all judge certifications apply, staff actively certified by organizations with levels not matching the following will have the equivalent level determined on a case-by-case basis)
Level 1 judges receive an additional $25 for the weekend.
Level 2 judges receive an additional $75 for the weekend.
Level 3 judges receive an additional $125 for the weekend.
Level 4 and 5 judges receive an additional $225 for the weekend.
An experience bonus is available for L1s, L2s and L3s who have worked at least 4 previous MXP/CommandFests/LDXP at their current level with Laughing Dragon in the previous two years.
Level 1 judges with the experience bonus receive an additional $25 (total $200/day plus $50)
Level 2 judges with the experience bonus receive an additional $50 (total $200/day plus $125)
Level 3 judges with the experience bonus receive an additional $50 (total $200/day plus $175)
The goal of the Level bonus and Experience bonus is to encourage our judges to both come back to our events, as well as advance their judge skills through official certification. If you have questions about the structure, feel free to reach out via the MXP discord or to the judge manager directly via email.
Additionally, Laughing Dragon will pay one month of dues for staff members who are dues-paying members, at the event, of an organization that certifies judges, provided such a gift is permitted by the organization's rules and the dues are reasonable.
Travel Sponsorships
For Daly City, we have a small budget to provide a limited number of travel sponsorships. All judges that apply for the event will be considered. If you receive such a sponsorship the offer will be included with your acceptance offer.
