You can apply for the following roles:

Headjudge & Appealsjudge - 4.5 Play Booster Boxes of the most recent standard-legal set per day

The Sideevent Lead is charge of running all non-main-events; Strong logistical and leadership skills required.

Headjudges, Appealsjudges, and Sideevent Lead applications will be evaluated around the 18th of September, so if you wish to apply for these roles, please make sure to get your application in before this date.
Judges in these roles are expected to participate in event preparation, in particular input on staff selection.

Teamlead - 3 Play Booster Boxes of the most recent standard-legal set per day
Teamleading roles include Main Event teamleading, Headjudging of smaller Main Events (Pauper, Pioneer, Premodern unless projected attendance exceeds expectations).

Scorekeeper - 3 Play Booster Boxes of the most recent standard-legal set per day
Scorekeepers may be asked to either scorekeep the large Main Events (run in Melee), smaller Main Events and Sideevents (run in Eventlink), or Commandzone (run in Eventlink).
Capability to do any of these isn't strictly required, but flexibility between them is highly advantageous to your application.

Floorjudge - 2 Play Booster Boxes of the most recent standard-legal set per day
Floorjudges include working on Mainevents (REL competitive), Sideevents (REL Regular), or the Commandzone (REL Regular).
Capability to do any of these isn't strictly required, but flexibility between them is highly advantageous to your application.

Standby - 1 free event played on each day of being Standby if not activated; Considered a Floorjudge if activated.
Standby judges can be activated should the situation require more judges on Staff; I try to activate Standby judges ahead of time if they are needed, but spontaneous activation depending on changing circumstances is always a possibility.

Setup (Friday) - 1 Play Booster Box of the most recent standard-legal set per day, and one free event played on Friday
Setup judges will help setting up the hall on Friday morning; The shift lasts from 7.00 to 12.30 including a 60 minute food break. Expect physical work and bring appropriate attire.
You cannot work both Setup and as a Judge on Friday.

Teardown (Sunday) - 1 Play Booster Box of the most recent standard-legal set per day, and one free event played on Sunday

You cannot work both Teardown and as a Judge on Sunday. You are free to enroll in a mainevent on Sunday, but you are expected to drop before 17.00 on your own to be ready for your shift, independant of your current state in the event.

Compensation can be exchanged for equivalently costing other product while supply lasts.

In addition, drink and food during the shift, including at least one warm meal or monetary compensation to obtain one, will be provided by JK Entertainment as usual.

After feedback at previous events, Extra Travel Sponsorship allocation has been reduced in favour of higher base pay; A small amount (about 10% of total compensation) is avaliable.

Team communication including event preparation will be primarily through discord, therefor a discord account and activity on that server is required.

We are planning to provide staff shirts for the event, but please bring a plain black shirt or T-shirt or staff shirt from previous JK Events in case this does not work out.

There will be no staff accommodation provided for this event; You are responsible to organize and pay for your own accommodation.
