Event Information
Welcome everyone. I am organizing a conference and gathering leading up to Tour Weekend Ottawa.
Start time is 6pm to give time for those of us on Setup to make their way to the LGS, but people are free to arrive early and hang out, the store has plenty of room to hang out and play some games.
The location is Mana Confluence Games, if you attended a previous conference hosted by me, it is at the same location simply under a new name/ownership.

5:45-6:00 Dom Barrieau - Recent Policy Changes, Catching Up
6:00-6:45 - Jeremy Bedard - Limited Procedures
6:45-7:30 - Brook Gardner-Durbin - Lorcana for Magic Judges
7:30-8:15 - Khanh Le Thien - Card Counting
8:15-9:00 - Cardan Wood - Rules and Policy Trivia
If you are interested in attending, please apply so I have an accurate enough estimate. No cover letter required if you only want to attend, all applicants will be accepted.
If you are interested in presenting, please mention your topic in your cover letter. Presenter deadline is January 11th. I am very interested in having a presentation on Lorcana and/or One Piece as those are getting more events and popularity
If you are interested in testing for a new level at this conference, please mention it in your cover letter and I will be contacting you to hopefully get this set up.
