Commandfest Melbourne (And More!)

Come join us in Melbourne, where we will need an excellent team of Judges for CommandFest. While the event will include Commander, we will also be running a large Competitive REL Main Event, including a large prize pool. As such, we expect any applicants to have a working knowledge of the MTR and MIPG.

If you are selected as a Floor Judge you will be working the majority of the day, from the Call Time until dismissal from your Head Judge/Team Lead. If you are selected in a Leadership Role (HJ/SK) you will be expected to work from Call Time until the last event finishes. Expected working hours at minimum are 9AM - 6:30PM with a 40min lunch break. Note that Friday will be reduced hours - afternoon only.

If you are selected as Standby you will receive entry to the Hall, and 1x Free Entry into the event of your choice (Excluding Main Event, or Collector Booster events etc) for the days you are standby. You will be expected to be at or close by (15min or less) the event venue from 9am - Midday each day to allow for activation

Compensation:

Floor Judge: $30 AUD Per Hour
Head Judge: $40 AUD Per Hour
Scorekeeper: $40 AUD Per Hour

If you are travelling internationally, at our discretion you may be offered a flat compensation package for working all 3 days. If you require this in order to work the event, please indicate that on your application and we will discuss it directly with you.

Additionally we are also looking for people to assist in setting up and packing up:

• Friday (TBA)
• Sunday 6pm – 9pm

People who work these shifts will receive $30/hour AUD. You may apply even if you are not working the event.

All judges will additionally receive a playmat of their choice for working the weekend.
