Judge Foundry Annual Member Meeting 2025

We are thrilled to announce the Judge Foundry Annual Member Meeting for 2025. This is a very exciting event open to all Judge Foundry members and completely free. It will include networking and educational opportunities, a celebration of mutual accomplishments, and elections for the Judge Foundry Board of Directors and Regional Advocates.

This meeting takes place at Green Ridge Recreation Center in Roanoke, VA - the Star City. The meeting venue is just 10 minutes from the Roanoke regional airport and a 3 minute drive from several local hotels.

We hope that as many people can attend in-person as possible. All presentations will be streamed online for virtual attendees to participate as much as they like.

Saturday will include Judge Foundry member business and the election of the new board of directors and regional advocates as well as a small number of presentations. 

Sunday in-person attendees will enjoy a more social event at at Wasena Park with yard games (e.g. cornhole, frisbee, bocce, horseshoes), grilling, board games, a cookout, networking, and just spending quality time with fellow judges. The event starts at 10am and stay until 5pm.  

Bring your own drinks, games, sporting goods, and activities, if desired. The park includes pavilions, picnic tables, open air grills, a riverside walking trail (the Roanoke greenway), restrooms, basketball courts, a skate park, baseball diamonds, and a playground. The park is a short walk from downtown Roanoke for folks who want to walk to and from the city center. Food (including vegetarian options) will be provided by the event organizers.

The annual meeting of Judge Foundry will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the Green Ridge Recreation Center, 7415 Wood Haven Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019, and also on Zoom.

If you are a voting member of Judge Foundry and you want to vote during the annual meeting, you must apply to the event in JudgeApps no later than Thursday, September 4. More information on how to fill out the application is later in this notice and also on the application.

Please apply if you want to attend in person or online.  No application will be declined. The meeting is open to every single Judge Foundry member and is free to attend. We ask for RSVPs only to assist with planning the meeting room configuration, chair count, food, and beverage accommodations.
