JK Entertainment sucht Judges für unser Commandfest in Mainz, 19.12.-21.12.2025 - Eventpage: https://jk-events.de/commandfest2

Eine Bewerbung auf die folgenden Positionen ist möglich:

Event Lead ("Headjudge") or Lead Scorekeeper -  2.5 Play Displays des letzten Universes Within Standard Sets pro Tag.
Bewerbungen auf diese Rolle sollten bis spätestens dem 29.8.2025 vorliegen, sonst werden sie gegebenenfalls nicht mehr beachtet.

Teamlead - 2 Play Displays pro Tag

Floorjudge - 1.5 Play Display pro Tag

Floorjudge in Training - 1 Play Display pro Tag

Standby Judge - Eintritt und 1 Event nach Wahl umsonst mitspielen, wenn nicht aktiviert. Aktivierte Standby Judges werden wie ihre entsprechende Floorjudgebewerbung bezahlt.

Scorekeeper - 2 Play Displays pro Tag
Sicherer, schneller Umgang mit Event Link ist nötig.

Die Kompensation kann gegen äquivalent-kostendes Produkt getauscht werden. Jedes Display kann für mindestens 100€ an JK Entertainment "zurückverkauft" werden.

Zusätzlich werden Getränke und Verpflegung wie immer von JK Entertainment gestellt.
Dazu gehören eine Auswahl an frischem Gebäck jeden morgen, sowie mindestens eine warme Mahlzeit zur Mittagspause.

Travel Sponsorship ist möglich; In der Regel ist die Annahme, das die Basiskompensation für Anreise und Übernachtung hinreichend ist, Travel Sponsorship ist insb. für Fälle wie hohe Transportkosten. Daher sollte eine Bewerbung auf Travel Sponsorship auch im entsprechenden Feld erklärt werden.

Kommunikation im Team inklusive der Event-Vorbereitung wird hauptsächlich über Discord stattfinden, ein Discord-Account ist somit nötig.

Schichten beginnen voraussichtlich Freitag ab 10, Samstag und Sonntag ab 9.00 Uhr. Ein Team wird gegebenenfalls 30 minuten früher beginnen, um mit initialer Crowd Control zu helfen, deren Schicht endet entsprechend 30 Minuten vor Hallenschluss.
Die Halle schließt täglich gegen 20 Uhr.

An application for the following roles is possible:

Event Lead("Headjudge) or Lead Scorekeeper - 2.5 Play Booster Boxes of the latest Universes Within Standard set per day.
Applications for this role should be in by the 29th of august at the latest, otherwise they may not be considered.

Teamlead - 2 Play Booster Boxes per day

Floorjudge - 1.5 Play Booster Boxes per day

Floorjudge in Training - 1 Play Booster Box per day

Scorekeeper - 2 Play Booster Boxes per day
Ability to handle Event Link quickly and safely is required.

Standby Judge - Free entry and 1 Free event played on the day if not activated. Standby Judges are compensated according to their Floorjudge application if activated.

Compensation can be exchanged for equivalently costing other product. Boxes can be "sold back" to JK Entertainment for at least 100€/Box.

In addition, drinks and food will be provided by JK Entertainment as usual.
That includes a selection of bakery goods every morning and at least one warm meal for lunch.

A contingent of Travel Sponsorship is planned. In general, it is assumed that the base compensation is sufficient for travel and accomodation, with Travel Sponsorship avaliable for i.e. high travel costs; An application for Travel Sponsorship should thus be explained in the field for explanation.

Team communication including event preparation will be primarily through discord, therefor a discord account is required.

General shifts start around 10 on Friday, 9 on Saturday and Sunday. One team may be asked to come in 30 minutes early to help with initial crowd control and leave shift 30 minutes before closing.
Hall closes around 20 every day.
