Event Information
Excelsior! On behalf of Excalibur Events, we would like to invite you to be a part of the Frenzy at the Falls event, November 28th - 30th, 2025
After setting the record at our last event for the largest TEDH / CEDH Event of all time, it’s time to run it back with a $15K TEDH / CEDH Main Event that will scale up as our registration does! This main event can go as high as $20K or even $25K total! We'll also be running a secondary main event - a $10K Legacy event, along with a good number of side events for players to participate in through the weekend.
Your Head Judge for the Frenzy at the Falls TEDH / CEDH Main Event is Sashi Balakrishnan.
Available Roles
Event Leadership Judge ($300/day): You’ll support our events by Head Judging larger featured side events, and supporting other events as necessary. Will potentially include a team lead role on the main event on one day of the weekend, or assisting other HJ’s depending on the needs of the event. As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for head judging at least 1, if not 2 featured events at the level of a $5K on average. Expect your shifts to run 11-12 hours.
Event Floor Judge ($250/day): You’ll work in the role of a floor judge either on the main event or side events. Depending on the needs of the event, you may operate in a team lead role at some point throughout the weekend, but primarily will be ensuring our players have the support they need in the events, assist in taking judge calls and performing deck checks, and other related judge and event tasks, including but not limited to cleanup at the end of each day, aiding registration or line management, and launching on demand events. Expect your shifts to run 9-10 hours.
General Staff ($200/day): Typically working in a non-judge role (although judging experience is preferred) you’ll be responsible for assisting in our registration, scorekeeping, customer service, product management / distribution, and other administrative tasks throughout the event. Expect your shift to run 8-9 hours.
Setup / Teardown ($250/day): Please note in your application if you would like to work Setup on Friday, Teardown on Sunday, or Both. For Setup on Friday, your shift will be 7AM-2PM, ensuring everything is ready to go by the end of your shift. On Teardown Sunday shifts will be 11AM - completion, with some light side events floor judging before the proper tear down begins.
All staff will receive a 1 hour lunch break, and a minimum 30 minute short break each day.
