Eine Bewerbung auf die folgenden Positionen ist möglich:

"Headjudge"/Event Lead -  2.5 Play Displays des letzten Standard Sets pro Tag - Secrets of Strixhaven.
Wenn du an einer Führungsposition interessiert bist, bewirb dich bitte so bald wie möglich und nicht später als dem 16. März. Führungspositionen werden aufgrund der späten Event-Announcements sehr zeitig und ohne feste Bewerbungs-Deadline entschieden.

Teamlead - 2 Play Displays pro Tag

Floorjudge - 1.5 Play Display pro Tag

Floorjudge in Training - 1 Play Display pro Tag

Standby Judge - Tagesticket mit allem dazugehörigen. Aktivierte Standby Judges werden stattdessen wie ihre entsprechende Floorjudgebewerbung bezahlt.

Scorekeeper - 2 Play Displays pro Tag
Sicherer, schneller Umgang mit Event Link ist nötig.

Standby Admin - Tagesticket mit allem dazugehörigen. Aktivierte Standby Judges werden stattdessen wie Floorjudges bezahlt.
Aktivierte Admins helfen bei administrativen Tätigkeiten aller Art, wie zum Beispiel aber nicht ausschließlich helfen an der Prizewall, Bewegen von Produkt, oder Minion-Dasein für einen JK Mitarbeiter.

Setup (Freitag) - 1 Play Display und freier Eintritt zum Commandfest am Tag
Setup bedeutet das Bewegen und Aufbauen von Tischen, Stühlen, Produkt, und anderem. Bitte bringt entsprechende Ausrüstung und seid bereit, physische Arbeit zu verrichten. Setup beginnt um 07.30 Uhr und endet sobald das Event ordentlich läuft. Danach darf das Setup Team das Commandfest natürlich in vollen Zügen genießen.

Teardown (Sonntag) - 1 Play Display und freier Eintritt zum Commandfest am Tag
Teardown bedeutet das Bewegen und Abbauen von Tischen, Stühlen, Produkt, und anderem. Bitte bringt entsprechende Ausrüstung und seid bereit, physische Arbeit zu verrichten. Teardown beginnt sobald wir anfangen, Dinge aus der Venue zu bewegen, und endet nicht später als 23.00 Uhr. Das Teardown Team darf natürlich den Tag bis zu Arbeitsbeginn auf dem Commandfest verbringen.

Setup und Teardown sind NICHT kombinierbar mit Judge-Schichten an den entsprechenden Tagen (für eure eigene Gesundheit sind doppel-Schichten nicht möglich ;) ).

Jedes Display kann für mindestens 100€ an JK Entertainment "zurückverkauft" werden. Anderes Produkt ist unter Umständen möglich, wird aber nicht garantiert.

Zusätzlich werden Getränke und Verpflegung inklusive einer warmen Mahlzeit während des Events wie immer von JK Entertainment gestellt.

Travel Sponsorship ist möglich; In der Regel ist die Annahme, das die Basiskompensation für Anreise und Übernachtung hinreichend ist, Travel Sponsorship ist insb. für Fälle wie hohe Transportkosten. Daher sollte eine Bewerbung auf Travel Sponsorship auch im entsprechenden Feld erklärt werden.

Kommunikation im Team inklusive der Event-Vorbereitung wird hauptsächlich über Discord stattfinden, ein Discord-Account ist somit nötig.

Die Haupthalle öffnet für VIPs am Freitag um 11.30, Samstag und Sonntag um 9.30; Judge-Schichten beginnen bis zu 60 Minuten davor.
Die Haupthalle schließt am Freitag und Samstag um 20 Uhr, am Sonntag um 19 Uhr.

Es gibt zudem eine "vor-Halle" welche länger offen ist (Voraussichtlich ~24 Uhr Fr/Sa, 22 Uhr So), für die einige wenige Spätschicht-Judges gesucht werden.

An application for the following roles is possible:

"Headjudge"/Event Lead - 2.5 Play Booster Boxes of the latest Standard set per day - Secrets of Strixhaven
If you are interested in a lead position, get your application in ASAP and no later than March 16th! Lead position may be decided on at any point in time and before the application deadline due to the late publication of the events.

Teamlead - 2 Play Booster Boxes per day

Floorjudge - 1.5 Play Booster Boxes per day

Scorekeeper - 2 Play Booster Boxes per day
Ability to handle Event Link quickly and safely is required.

Standby Judge - Dayticket including all accompanbying perks. Standby Judges are instead compensated according to their Floorjudge application if activated.

Standby Admin - Dayticket including all accompanbying perks. Standby Judges are instead compensated like Floorjudges.
Activated Admin will be helping with whatever administrative needs arise, such as but not limited to helping at Prizewall, moving product, and generally being a minion to a JK Employee.

Setup includes setting up tables and moving lots of product and heavy things. Please bring appropriate attire and be ready to do plenty of physical work. Setup shift starts at 07:30 and ends once the show is properly running, at which point the Setup team is welcome to enjoy the rest of the day at the Commandfest.

Teardown (Sunday) - 1 Play Booster Box and free entry on the day
Teardown includes breaking down tables and moving lots of porduct and heavy things. Please bring appropriate attire and be ready to do plenty of physical work. Teardown begins once we begin moving things out of the Venue, and ends no later than 23.00. Teardown team is welcome to enjoy the Commandfest until the start of Teardown.

Setup and Teardown are mutually exclusive with judging on that day (for your own good, you cannot volunteer to do a double shift).

Boxes can be "sold back" to JK Entertainment for at least 100€/Box. Other Product options may be possible, but can not be guaranteed.

In addition, drinks and food including at least one warm meal during the event, will be provided by JK Entertainment as usual.

A contingent of Travel Sponsorship is planned. In general, it is assumed that the base compensation is sufficient for travel and accomodation, with Travel Sponsorship avaliable for i.e. high travel costs; An application for Travel Sponsorship should thus be explained in the field for explanation.

Team communication including event preparation will be primarily through discord, therefor a discord account is required.

The Main hall opens for VIPs Friday 11.30, Saturday and Sunday 9.30; Judge shifts start up to 60 minutes before that.
The Main hall closes Friday and Saturday at 20.00, Sunday 19.00.

In addition, there exists a "pre-hall" which is open longer (~24.00 Fr/Sat, 22.00 Sun, details TBD), for which a few lateshift judges are being looked for.
