Event Information
Welcome to the third Sydney event hosted by Pat Hawkins/MTG Bazaar,.
As always we need a big skilled Judge team for this event, apply below.
This event will have Saturday/Sunday main events run at CompREL, Friday main and all weekend sides will run at RegularREL.
Half shifts are unlikely to be available for this event, please note in your cover letter if you are open to working a half-shift if one comes up.
Please also note on your application if you would like to be on a standby shift.
Schedule:
Friday: Bazaar Standard Invitational
Saturday: Standard Main Event Day 1 (Rounds 1-8)
Sunday: Standard Main Event Day 2 (Rounds 9+ & top 8)
On-Demand side events will be available to players all weekend.
Compensation:
If you are selected for a Full Shift you should expect to work from 8:30am until you are dismissed. If you need to leave before dismissal on any shift please advise as early as possible so we can plan around you.
Floor Judges will be compensated $30 per hour worked.
Scorekeeper and Head Judge will be compensated $40 per hour.
Standby Judges will be entitled to 1 free entry ticket to any event when on standby. If activated to Judge you will recieve compensation equal to your shift length. You will need to be at-venue from open to roughly 1pm at a minimum to allow you to be activated if needed.
Room & Board Stipend
This stipend has been increased to free accomodation at or near the venue and comped flights.
Information on getting flights refunded will be provided if approved to work.
