Announcing the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program!

StarCityGames.com is proud to announce the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program. This initiative will offer a limited number of StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships to Level 3+ judges who commit to being on staff for both Grand Prix: Orlando and Grand Prix: New Jersey.

StarCityGames.com recognizes how vital exceptional leadership and event management skills are to the success of Grand Prix events and the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program was created for judges who exemplify these skills. StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships recognize and reward the judges who form the foundation of event success as the leaders both on and off the floor by providing travel reimbursement to attend StarCityGames.com events.

How to Apply for a Keystone Sponsorship

Only Level 3+ judges may apply for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program. Simply click on the "Apply Now!" link toward the top of the page and answer all of the questions in the application form.

The application window for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program - Grand Prix: Orlando & Grand Prix: New Jersey will close at 11:59 PM Eastern time on July 20^th, 2014. Late applications will not be accepted.

Sponsorships for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program - Grand Prix: Orlando & Grand Prix: New Jersey will be announced on, or before, July 22^nd, 2014. If an earlier notification of your application's status would facilitate making travel plans, I invite you to contact me at jared.sylva@starcitygames.com after submitting your application.

Expectations

Judges applying for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program commit to being on staff at Grand Prix: Orlando and Grand Prix: New Jersey for at least two days at each event. StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships are in addition to the standard Level 3 compensation offered at these events, and judges should still apply for these events as normal.

Rules & Regulations

StarCityGames.com will provide travel reimbursement equal to the cost of travel (Flight or Mileage) to either Grand Prix: Orlando or Grand Prix: New Jersey up to a maximum of $500. Reimbursement will be for the cost of a flight, (Up to $500) or for driving mileage calculated at the United States government rate of $0.56 per mile. (Up to $500)

Requirements to receive reimbursement:

• Flights - Judge must provide a copy of flight itinerary, including cost.
• Trains, Buses, and Other Ticketed Transportation - Judge must provide a copy of ticket purchase, including cost.
• Driving - Mileage will be calculated for a round trip from the Judge's home address to the Grand Prix venue.

Checks for StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships can be collected at Grand Prix: New Jersey. If a judge is unable to attend both Grand Prix: Orlando and Grand Prix: New Jersey, any reimbursements from the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program will be forfeit.

Selection Process

Selection for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program will be based on many factors including, but not limited to:

• Excellence in events operations
• Exemplary performance in the qualities of a Level 3
• Previous performance at StarCityGames.com events
• Ability to attend without a StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorship
• Expected travel cost for reimbursement

Special Bonus!

All Level 3+ judges who apply for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program and attend both Grand Prix: Orlando and Grand Prix: New Jersey will receive an exclusive StarCityGames.com Judge jacket, regardless of whether they received a StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorship.
