CubeCon is back for another great year and we are looking to fill various leadership roles

Roles
All leadership roles are contracted as a 4-day position unless specified otherwise.
CubeCon 2026 Head Judge ($1750 + Hotel or $200)
The CubeCon head judges will be responsible for pre-event tasks such as staff organization, cube distribution and storage plans, and staff communication and briefings. The head judges will also be responsible for overseeing the CubeCon main event and its staff and handling any investigations, appeals, or other tournament related issues that may arise.
Sides Lead ($1500)
The sides lead at CubeCon will be responsible for organizing a team of judges to handle on demand events, assist in floor coverage of open play spaces, and take point on several scheduled side events that run concurrently with the CubeCon main event.
Floor Judge Lead ($300/day as lead)
Floor judge leads will be responsible for managing a smaller team of judges within the CubeCon main event or large scheduled side event. They should ensure that their team has a full understanding of their tasks, that all cubes for their assigned section(s) are handled properly, and that their team takes their breaks.
Floor judge leads will be hired for 3 or 4 day positions. 3 day floor judge leads will be given the option to add a 4th day as a floor judge for +$250
Coverage Judge ($1200)
Coverage Judge ($1200)
The coverage judge will primarily work with the coverage team on site to manage the cube currently on stream and aid in the various coverage related tasks necessary to ensure a high quality stream.
Commander Sealed Head Judge ($1200)
The Commander Sealed head judge will be responsible for pre-event planning, staff briefings, and event day head judge tasks for the Commander Sealed scheduled side event.
Scorekeeper ($1200)
Scorekeepers at CubeCon will work with multiple tournament software to ensure that the CubeCon main event and side events run smoothly. They should also be prepared to assist players with registration issues, reporting issues, and other tournament software related problems.
Please note that cube events are run on Hedron Network, which we understand is not a software many people have experience with. There WILL be an opportunity to learn and play with this software if accepted.
