 WARNING: Please read this carefully the conditions are different from what you may have been used until now.

This event will be held on Saturday, November 29^th and Sunday, November 30th 2014 with last chance trials being held on Friday, November 28th 2014. The format of the Grand Prix is Sealed deck.

• If you apply for Friday, you need to be available from 09.00, since Trials will start from 10am – so please make sure you are able to be on site at that time. 
• If you apply for Sunday, you need to be available until 20:00 – if you need to leave earlier, please indicate the exact details in your application. If you don't we'll assume you're able to work until 20:00

1) Setup Rocket team

Goal: The Setup Rocket team will be in charge to help the staff to setup the venue on Friday morning. Once the venue will be setup this team will be in charge of the deck registration for VIP and sleep-in specials.

Schedule: To apply for this role you need to be available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday and be able to judge on Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation: 1.5 + 0.5 display for room sponsorship and a free tournament entry on Friday after your shift.

2) Classic Judge:

Goal: The Classic judge will judge at least one day on the Main Event and will be affected to the Public events on the others days.

Compensation:

Every judge with a “Room sponsorship” will get an extra half box per day worked instead of a room.

• Judge L1 – 1 + 0.5 display per full day worked
• Judge L2 – 1.5 + 0.5 display per full day worked
• Judge L3+ - 2. + 0.5 display per full day worked

3) Public Event Premium Judge

Goal: The Public Event Premium judge would work on the Public Event for each day he has been selected. Based on their skills and their level the Public Event Premium Judges will access a priority access to the Head judge positions for Public Events.

Compensation:

Every judge with a “Room sponsorship” will get an extra half box per day worked instead of a room.

• Judge L1 – 1 + 0.5 display per full day worked
• Judge L2 – 1.5 + 0.5 display per full day worked
• Judge L3+ - 2. + 0.5 display per full day worked

4) Dismantling Rocket Team:

Goal: The Dismantling Rocket Team will help the staff to clear the venue on Sunday afternoon/evening

Schedule: To apply for the Dismantling Rocket Team you need to be available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and to be free to judge Friday and Saturday.

Compensation: 1 box + 0,5 for Room Sponsorship and a free tournament on Sunday (you will need to drop if you are not finished when your shift starts)

5) Stand-by Judge

Goal: The Stand-by Judge will be selected to enter the Main Event for free, but enrolled as judges in the staff in case of huge attendance

Compensation:

• Judge L1 – 1 display per full day worked
• Judge L2 – 1.5 display per full day worked
• Judge L3+ - 2 display per full day worked

Schedule: Be on site 1 hour before the beginning of the tournament, with black pants and your shirt in your bag.

To ensure a high quality tournament, we will go through a system of rolling acceptance:

We will automatically accept any L3+ application. We will also offer early acceptation to some L2 judges based on the quality of our previous cooperation with them.

Compensation depends on your level and the amount of days you judge. Compensation will be distributed when the GP top 8 has started, and is given in English product of the current set. As you can see there are only two types of sponsorship: Room sponsorship or Stand-by judge

In addition to the number of boxes indicated above, Wizards of the Coast will provide a package of judge foils depending on your level.

Judges must speak sufficient English to operate in a tournament setting.

Please bring appropriate judging attire, including a black judge shirt and black trousers with belt. If you do not have a Judge Shirt, please indicate this in your cover letter so one can be provided for you.

Please note that there will be NO Judge Conference held on Friday.
