WMCQ #3 - Uppsala

Event Information:

Welcome to the PTQ/WMCQ weekend in beautiful Uppsala!

We are looking for two Floor Judges for the WMCQ. Additionally, we will be accepting one or two Standby judges.

The Head Judge for the event is Tobias Fjellander.

How to apply and what we are looking for: 

In order to judge this event, you should be familiar with Competitive REL and the IPG.

To apply, click the link above and fill in your application letter. Make sure to include your judging experience (especially at Competitive level), any personal goals you might have for the event and/or the judge program, if you need a judge shirt and anything else you feel is relevant. If you need a place to stay in Uppsala for the weekend, mention this in your application and we will try to help you as best we can (the accomodations we might find for you will be of the "sleep-on-a-couch"-variety).

What to expect:

As a floor judge:

We will be expecting you to be at the venue at an announced time, in your judge outfit and ready to work. We will be in charge of running a smooth and fun event for the participants. The judge team will also be responsible for running side-events during the day.

Writing a review of another judge is encouraged. You can contact Tobias if you have any questions on how to write reviews.

Compensation will be 36 boosters and food.

As a standby:

Be on site together with the floor judges and participate in the judge meeting and help set up. Have your shirt available in case we get enough players to require you on staff. Then we will expect the same of you as of any floor judge.

If you are not needed on staff you will be able to play in the event for free (provided that you are qualified).
