Event Information
Mind Sports International, Dark Sphere and Manaleak are delighted to invite applications to judge the MSI World Championships in London, UK. This five-day event in November 2014 culminates in the £10,000 Dark Challenge Epic Quest, a two-day Standard event over Saturday and Sunday.
We are looking for judges for all five days, although only a minimal number of judges are required for Wednesday and Thursday. Saturday is our busiest day and judges unavailable on Saturday are less likely to be considered.

Compensation
One box of Khans of Tarkir boosters per day. Other product may be available by prior arrangement. The "volunteer" sponsorship level reflects this.
Judges will receive, at the tournament organizer's discretion, either meals, meal vouchers, or cash in lieu of meals appropriate to their working hours each day.
Beverages, travel, taxis, etc. are not included.
Higher compensation may be available to judges who work two or more days. Full details of this are currently being worked out and will be posted when available.
Judges may also apply on a standby basis, in which case they will be expected to be available to work on any or all of the days they elect to apply for. In the event that a standby judge is not activated on a given day, he/she will be awarded £25 credit which may be used to pay the entry fee of any event(s) on the date of issue for that judge.
Accommodation
The event website at https://www.mindsportsevents.com/events/mind-sports/2014/11/mind-sports-international-world-championships/accommodation/ had an arrangement with the nearby Ibis hotel for twin or double rooms, but the room block is now sold out. Additionally, the head judge has three one spare beds which are is available free of charge on a first come first served arrangement. Travel between the head judge's house and the venue is at your own expense, costs approximately £3 one way, and takes approximately 50 minutes, unless one of the judges staying over has a car :)
Cover letter
There is no need to include a substantial cover letter unless there are details you would like to bring to our attention.
