Nordic Region Winter 2014 judge conference

You are very welcome to attend the Nordic region winter 2014 judge conference!

This conference will be held on the 22nd of November, at the conference room in the Sweden North Warden Headquarters in Täby, near Stockholm. 

This is an official judge conference and foils will be available to certified participants who register before October 23rd. The conference will be held in English. 

Schedule: TBA. Approximate start time is 10:00, last presentation/workshop will finish before 19:00.

Workshop brainstorming group: About half of the day will be in "workshop" format. Participants will be divided into small groups, given a topic to discuss, and asked to create a short presentation on the topic. We are looking for a small number of volunteers to help create suitable discussion topics and guide discussion during the workshop itself. Please contact us by e-mail if interested. 

Judge testing: Testing for both Level 1 and Level 2 will be offered. More details on testing will be published later. 

Accommodation: We have booked three guest rooms with two beds each in the building. These will be available for a fee of 350 SEK per person for two nights. One room will be reserved for presenters, the other two are up for grabs. Other options in the area include the Best Western Täby Park and the Scandic Hotel Täby. 

Meals: Lunch will be provided. There will be a dinner in the evening but this is not paid for.
