PTQ Dragons of Tarkir and PPTQ Vancouver

Greetings Judges!

On behalf of TJ Collectibles, it's my pleasure to solicit staff for PTQ Dragons of Tarkir and PPTQ Vancouver!

PTQ Head Judge: L2 Michael Arrowsmith

PPTQ Head Judge: L2 Christopher Wendelboe

We're looking for a total of 7-9 floor judges for this date, as well as one L2+ Head Judge for the PPTQ

. We'll also accept up to two backup applicants if the event exceeds our highest attendance expectations (200 players).

Floor Judge compensation for this event is $100 per day.

Judges at Tj Collectibles Events are expected to prepare for each event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, Infraction Procedure Guide, and Judging at Regular REL documents. As representatives of TJ Collectibles and the Magic Judge Program, judges are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times. This includes arriving on time, and in appropriate attire.

Judges are expected to arrive in time to be ready to judge at the start of their shift. Also, if you anticipate being unable to arrive by 8:30 am or needing to leave before 8:00 pm, please include that information in your application.

Judges should be in standard Magic Judge Program attire of Official Magic Judge shirt, black pants or skirt, black belt, and comfortable black shoes. During breaks, or any other time that a judge is off duty, judges should remove, or cover, their Judge shirt. Once staff has been selected, there will be a forum thread to request Magic Judge shirts.
