TJ Collectibles is proud to announce the judge solicitation for PAX East 2015, occurring March 6-8th!
What is PAX?
PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) is an awesome gathering of gamers of all sorts, and includes a wide variety of Magic events that you can help run. Many of these events are geared toward the more casual crowd and new players. It's a ton of fun to help hundreds and hundreds of players in many simultaneous events have a great time playing Magic. See http://east.paxsite.com/ for more information about PAX East as a whole. We have a huge schedule built primarily for fun, friendly, and fair events.

Staff Needs
We are looking for 30 to 35 judges to represent TJ Collectibles and Wizards of the Coast at this event. This is a great opportunity for L1s who are interested in gaining experience at a large event, as well as L2s who are interested in team leading.
We will need all judges for Friday and Saturday, but we will not need everyone for Sunday. Please let us know in your application whether you can work Sunday. Judges with interest in 3 day availablility will receive priority
L1 and L2 testing is available on Sunday. Please indicate in your application if you wish to test.
Those who receive Room Sponsorship will share a hotel room on both Friday and Saturday night. Please be sure to select “Volunteer” when applying if you do not require a hotel room to come, only “Room Sponsorship” if you need a hotel room in order to be able to attend, and both “Volunteer” and “Room Sponsorship” if you are requesting a hotel room but will still attend if you don't receive one. Note that you have a greater chance of being selected if you don’t require a hotel room.

Compensation
Each judge will receive $40 and their choice of one of the following options per day worked:
-Box of Khans of Tarkir
-Box of Fate Reforged
A PAX badge for the days you work will also be provided, and you can use it to see rest of PAX during the times you are not working a shift.
