USA-South Winter Judge Conference

In cooperation with Madness Games & Comics, I'm thrilled to announce the USA-South Winter Judge Conference!

The Judge Conference is open to everyone, regardless of Judge Level or location. However, If you plan to attend, please apply here so that we will have an accurate headcount for planning purposes.

Venue
Once again, Chris Mettler will be hosting at his store, Madness Games & Comics. It's an excellent place to host an event like this, and Chris and his staff have always been excellent hosts for us.

Agenda
The schedule is yet to be confirmed, but we are considering noon-6pm with a lunch break. Join us for a judge dinner afterwards. There will be two seminars running simultaneously throughout the day targetted toward different audiences. Whether you are a veteran or neophyte, there should always be something of interest for you to learn here!

Testing
Limited judge testing will be available. Keep in mind that testing is a process that requires a lot of preparation. Please let us help you by notifying us as soon as possible that you are intersted. Please contact Josh McCurley (infant.no.1@gmail.com) for L1 and L2 testing.

Foils
In order to receive foils for attending, you must be a certified Judge and register on or before January 31, 2015.

Other details
There is no attenance charge, but please bring funds to cover meals and snacks that are not covered. This will include the Judge dinner.
