0.  Greetings from the organizer

 Welcome to Kyoto, the imperial city of Japan.

 I am Yokoyama, who is the contact person between judges and the organizer group. Besides this, I will also be the coordinator for event coverage and Niconico live streaming, along with side events.

 This will be the first legacy formatted GP in Asia and also the first GP with VIP service in Japan. I believe this would be a very challenging event to us and all participants. I wish to make this GP the best GP ever. It would be impossible without help from all judges so I hope we could make this GP the best together!

1. Remuneration for judges

    

   1. Accommodation

      • Accommodation would be provided on day with shift.

      • Optional accommodation for one day before or after the shift is provided in exchange for a booster box[i].

      • Twin room is also available in exchange for a booster box.

      • Please inform us 3 weeks in advance for any changes on accommodation due to it is a peak season in Kyoto.

   2. Booster box and play mats

      • 1 Booster box and 1 play mat would be given for each level and day shift.

                                 eg) Level 3 judge on Sat and Sun shift will receive 6 boxes and 6 play mats.

1. Transportation fee

   • 3 booster boxes would be provided as transportation fees.

2. Judges dinner

   • Dinner for judges would be held on Saturday.

3. Catering

   • Lunchbox would be provided to all judges.

   • Breakfast would be only provided to judges with early shift.

   • Dinner would be only provided to judges with late shift.

4. Point of precautions

   • We are not offering remuneration in terms of cash.

   • We will be purchasing 1 booster box for 9000 yen.

Autograph session for judges would be held in all three days.

2.ジャッジの方への謝礼

すべてのジャッジはルームスポンサーとなります。boxはすべてタルキール龍紀伝日本語版です。

・ホテル宿泊　

（ジャッジシフトの前後1日まで）ホテルのオプションを利用できます。（主に海外ジャッジ向けですが）パートナーの分部屋を希望する方は、1人1泊分を報酬から1BOX分交換することができます。金曜日のシフトは入ってないが木曜日から同じホテルに泊まりたいなどのときも1BOX分で1泊分を交換できます。
利用を希望する場合は最低でも3週間前までにご連絡をお願いします。

・・・というオプションを用意しておりますが、お花見の時期の京都と言う事で部屋の確保が非常に困難となっております。3週間以内にご連絡を頂いても部屋の確保が出来ない場合御座いますのでなるべく早めのご連絡をお願い致します。料金が静岡よりも割高になっていますがシーズン中の為、何卒ご理解をお願い致します。

・交通費

お住まいの県に応じてBOXを支給します。最大3BOX。
京都、大阪、滋賀、兵庫、奈良、三重、和歌山、1BOX。
岡山、鳥取、福井、岐阜、愛知、石川、富山、長野、静岡2BOX。
その他都道府県3box

・土曜日のジャッジディナー

・昼食弁当（+早番は朝食、遅番は夕食）

・レベルに応じたBoxとジャッジ専用プレイマット/1日
(L3の方が土日シフトだった場合は6boxと6枚のプレイマットがもらえます。L2で土日シフトだった場合4boxと4枚プレイマットがもらえます。）

・今回は現金はお支払いいたしませんが、こんなにもって帰れない方用に9000円/1箱で買取をいたします。

3.主催者より

はじめまして。
ホビーステーションで神奈川と埼玉の店舗を担当しております、横山と申します。
今回のGPではサイドイベントの担当とジャッジの皆様と他部署（ニコ生やカバレージや主催者等）の連絡役を担当させて頂きます。
今回は初の国内レガシーGPと言う事で色々と挑戦させて頂く内容となっております。特にVIPサービスは国内初導入となりジャッジの皆様のサポート無くしては成立は難しいと考えております。何卒、ご協力をお願い致します。

4.集合時間・解散時間などに関して

・金曜日＝ 会場集合早番9:00～20:00、遅番12:00～終了　
・土曜日＝ 会場集合7:30～終了
・日曜日＝ 会場集合早番7:30～18:00、遅番12：00～終了

このように予定しておりますが、仮のものでございます。最終的にはHJと相談して決めたいと思います。

また、この時間でジャッジをして頂けることが基本とはなっていますが、

遠方のかた（日曜日に帰るので早く上がりたい）などは横山(yokoyama@hbst.net)までご相談下さい。

5.来日アーティストについて

Mark Poole氏と他1名を検討中です。（多分スティーブアーガイルさん）

Stephan Martiniere氏は相手側の都合により来日はしない事になりました。

金曜日、土曜日、日曜日にジャッジサイン会の時間を設ける予定です。
