Emerald City ComiCon 2015

Cascade Games is looking for judges and staff for Emerald City ComiCon 2015.  Emerald City ComiCon is March 27 – 29, 2015.  All levels of certification are welcome to apply.  Personnel interested in demoing, scorekeeping, or registration work should specify so in a cover letter and state whether that role is required for their attendance.  Applications close February 28, 2015.  Due to badge notification requirements, application closure for this event has been moved to February 11.

Cascade Games wants judges to have fun while judging but also have the chance to see the sights at Emerald City.  Balancing that goal and the event needs, applicants must be able to commit to working a Saturday shift and at least one other day of the convention.  Judges may commit to all three days if they desire.  Effort will be made to maintain staffing levels that allow all staff to have one of the three days off based on availability and demand.

Each day will have multiple shifts.  Please include shift preferences in your application: Open (9 am to 7 pm), Mid (11 am to 9 pm), and Close (2 pm to midnight).  Event needs and staff availability may cause some adjustment in the length of shift, but the target is no longer than 10 hours.

Compensation includes:
3-Day Pass to Emerald City ComiCon (which are sold out!)
One current-set MTG booster box per day worked (as available, likely FRF and KTK)

Compensation does not include:
Travel, Hotel, Parking, Food, or Beverages-- judges are encouraged to plan accordingly and to bring an appropriate water bottle.
