PPTQ Milwaukee @ CQ Festival Mall

Hello Judges!

Comic Quest Festival Mall will hold their Preliminary Pro Tour Qualifier for Milwaukee on March 14th and we'll need additional judges for the event to be a successful one! The format of the event will be Standard Constructed. Applications will be until February 21st only.

We will need a total of two additional judges for the event, preferably living near Alabang area.
There will be two sponsorship options:

• Full Sponsorship (1 person total)
• Standby (1 person total)

Full Sponsorship will be included as part of the staff for the event. They will get the full compensation package (depends on the number of players on the event) which includes Fate Reforged booster packs, lunch and dinner.

Standby judges will be needed in case we expect a lot of players joining the event. If we reach 40 or more players, we will activate the standby judge and they will also get the full compensation package. Else, they will receive a CQ Festival Mall "Event Voucher". More details on that below.

Judges for the event will be required to have knowledge of the following:

• Comprehensive Rules
• Magic Tournament Rules
• Infraction Procedure Guidelines

So please update yourself with these documents. As for your uniform, please wear a plain black shirt (or if you have the official Magic Judge shirt, you may use that). You will also be expected to arrive on time (for setting up the tournament area) and stay until the top 8 playoffs are finished.

About the event voucher:

We will be giving event vouchers to judges who are on standby but wasn't activated to judge. You can use the event voucer in any of Comic Quest Festival Mall's events, which are the following:

• Friday Night Magic
• Grand Prix Trials
• Preliminary Pro Tour Qualifiers
• Any regular CQ Festival Mall tournament (casual formats)

The event voucher is only limited for constructed events. You can use the event voucher once in a WPN premier event (GPTs and PPTQs) and up to two times for FNM and casual formats. The event voucher cannot be used for any of CQ Festival Mall's limited events (such as Prereleases, sealed deck events and draft events).
