PPTQ in Danbury, CT

Event Info

The Gamer’s Gambit in Danbury, CT is holding a Standard PPTQ for Pro Tour Milwaukee on Saturday, March 7th.

Standard format

$25 entry fee

Doors open at 10 AM, event starts promptly at noon

Top 8 wins a case of Fate Reforged, with the following breakdown:

1st place - 2 booster boxes of Fate Reforged, plus an invite to the Regional PTQ

2nd place - 1 box of Fate Reforged

3rd and 4th place - 1/2 box (18 packs) of Fate Reforged

5th through 8th - 1/3 box (12 packs) of Fate Reforged

If we get 50 or more players, we'll give out an additional case in prizes and pay out to top 16.

Judges should arrive no later than 11:30 AM.

Dress code for judges is black pants, a black Magic Judge shirt (or button-down black dress shirt if needed), a belt, and comfortable shoes (both preferably black). Judges should not be in uniform while off-duty, (including during breaks and while trading) so please bring another shirt, hoodie, or jacket.

Compensation for Level 1 judges will be 1 box of Fate Reforged or $90 in store credit. Level 2 judges will be compensated an additional $20 for travel expenses. Level 3+ judges should contact Daniel Stockton directly for compensation discussion. All judges will receive lunch and soft drinks.
