Recognition: Pillars of Moxen

Before GP Strasbourg, we had decided to create a recognition program to call out our most outstanding judges. 

Pillars of Moxen:

This is a long-term Recognition Program: We want to thank people who have already highly contributed to our events, be they GPs or BoMs. The following judges will have additional benefits at our 3 next GPs.

Shifts

You may apply for one to three days. You must apply for Saturday though, since this is the day we need judges the most.

We want you to be able to prepare your trip as soon as possible. That's why, if you are selected you will be selected for a specific shift on Friday and Sunday.

Your chances to be accepted are higher if you are flexible regarding the number of days and your shifts.

Friday

• A: 09:00 - 18:00
• B: 13:00 - 22:00
• C: 16:00 - Closing  (forecast time 01:00)

Saturday

• A: Main event
• B: Side events

Sunday

• A: 08:00 - 17:00
• B: 11:00 - 20:00
• C: 15:30 - Closing (forecast time 00:30). We'll thank the judges from this shift with an additional Russian box.
• D: Main event (schedule will depend of the HJ)

Compensation

Boxes

• L1: 2 boxes per day, English only.
• L2: 3 boxes per day, English only.
• L3: 5 boxes per day, up to one of which per day in Russian (edition TBC)

We'll cover food for all judges on duty.

Hotel

We've negotiated a price of 35€/person/night in a twin room, breakfast included. Don't hesitate to edit your application if this makes you change your mind :)

Stand-by judges

The Stand-by Judge will be selected to enter the Main Event for free, but enrolled as judges in the staff in case of huge attendance on Saturday. If we unfortunately don't need you on Sunday, the SB judges will be able to get enrolled for free in a tournament of their choice on Sunday.
