South Dakota SCG States: Standard

We are looking for a few good judges to help run South Dakota Starcity Games States.

I'm expecting we can hit 20-30, but may hit as high as 40 and can support up to 60 players.

Outside of Ashlund and myself, I'm looking for two volunteer and up to 3 standby judge.

A standby judge is a judge who WILL be at the event, and if we end up with lots a players, we

can call upon to help judge the event. If we hit 30 players the first standby judge will be tapped to

judge, at 40 the 2nd, and at 50 the 3rd.

If you are currently Leve 2 or higher it is possible to apply for Head Judge. If you wish to

please include this in your cover letter.

All judges who work the event will get $30 gift certifacates, and any standby judge

who play in the event only have a $10 entry fee, instead of a $30 entry fee.

If the event hits 30 or more players we will increase the value of the gift certificates.

Judges from out of town I can arrange for places to stay.

We will additionally be running a 2nd SCG States tournament the next day, you may also apply for that.

I will post the staff on March 28th. If you do not get accepted please understand there is limited space

and we hope you will apply to other upcoming events.
