Judges Required

We're looking for one floor judge for this event. You must be a certified judge. Experience with the Standard format (playing or judging) is preferred, but not required. Please include a meaningful cover letter in your application, as I'm expecting a large number of applicants for this event. Don't worry if you haven't judged many events, but please let me know a bit about where you are as a judge, and what your goals are. Bonus points to anyone who includes their favourite legendary creature, with or without a reason.

Compensation

The compensation for this event will be one booster display (36 boosters) of Dragons of Tarkir. Free tea/coffee will also be available, although I hear the milkshakes are excellent.

Timing and Availability

Judges are expected to be on-site from 10:45am with the main event starting at 11:30am, and ideally should be available until the end of the Quarter Finals. If you have any restrictions on when you can arrive, or how late you are able to stay, please state this in your application.

Judge Testing

There will be testing opportunities for Level 1 candidates available at this event, but only by prior arrangement. If you would like to test for Level 1, please contact Daniel (Facebook or the_random_smurf@hotmail.co.uk) as far in advance in order to arrange details.

Good luck to all applications. Applications for this event will close on Sunday 19th April 2015 (two weeks prior to the event). Shortly thereafter, staff will be selected. If you need to be informed of your application status before this date, please mention this in your cover letter.
