The Dragon's Den in Poughkeepsie NY will be hosting a Regional Pro Tour Qualifier in Poughkeepsie NY October 31<sup>st</sup>.
Head Judge: They are looking for a Level 3 to be our Head Judge
REL Competitive, Modern Format
Expectations
Judges are expected to prepare for this event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, Infraction Procedure Guide, and Judging at Regular REL documents. Judges should arrive no later than 9:00 AM, and will be expected to stay until dismissed after the swiss rounds.
The dress code for judges is a tucked-in Magic Judge shirt, black dress pants, a belt, and comfortable shoes (both preferably black). If you do not have a Magic Judge shirt, please wear a button-down black dress shirt. Judges should not be in uniform while off-duty, including during breaks and while trading, so bring a hoodie or jacket.
Compensation
All certified Magic Judges will be compensated 1 box of the current set or $100 cash. Level 2 judges will be compensated an extra $20 ($120 total). Level 3+ judges should contact David Haass directly for compensation discussion. Judges will also receive lunch and drinks, provided by the TO.
