Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in applying to the 2015 Eternal Weekend. If you love Eternal formats, then this is the event for you. We'll have the Legacy Championship on Saturday, the Vintage Championship on Sunday, and much more! If you love artists, we have many awesome guests yet to be announced. We're looking for judges for all three days: Friday, August 21st; Saturday, August 22nd; and Sunday, August 23rd. We are primarily looking for judges of Level 2 and higher, though we will consider well-written and thoughtful applications from Level 1 judges. Knowledge of Eternal formats is a bonus, but not a requirement. If you can provide excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and a firm understanding of both rules and policy, we'd love to have you join us!

Compensation

Judges at Eternal Weekend will be compensated in the form of Compensation Units (CUs, if you will) on the following scale:

• Level 1 judges will receive 1.5 CUs per day
• Level 2 judges will receive 2 CUs per day
• Level 3 judges will receive 2.5 CUs per day

Each CU can be redeemed for one of the following:

• One box of in-print Standard-legal boosters.
• $75 (issued as a check sent after the event, pending receipt of a W-9 tax form).
• $100 in CardTitan.com vendor credit.

In addition to CUs, each judge will receive a participation playmat for the event (the artwork will be revealed on May 15th, and the last two were Tarmogoyf and Crucible of Worlds, so you know it's gonna be sweet) and a $20-per-day meal stipend.

Expectations

Judges at Eternal Weekend will be expected to judge in proper attire (black Magic Judge shirt, black belt, black pants (or skirts), black socks, and comfortable shoes). We ask that you arrive with a thorough knowledge of the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, and Infraction Procedure Guide. We also ask that you exercise optimal customer service and professionalism.

Travel

Judges will be expected to travel and lodge themselves at their own expense. Card Titan has arranged for a room block with Home2 Suites by Hilton, across the street from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, at a rate of $129/night. This rate includes complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi access.
