Summer 2015 DOUBLE pPTQ Day #2

We're hosting TWO PPTQ's with staggered start times on Sunday, August 16, 2015.

Schedule:

Judge Call @ 9:30AM

Registration @ 9AM

Sealed Player Meeting & Deck Construction @ 11AM- 64 Sealed Pools will be pre-registered by the TO, additional pools will registered by judges throughout the day.
Modern #1 Player Meeting @ 1PM

We're expected each event to be 5 or 6 rounds with a cut to T8.

We are looking for:

1x Head Judge (must be L2+) - Comp is $180
Responsibilities include:

Managing 3 simultaneously running events
Backup scorekeeper for each event
Providing adquate breaks for event staff
Providing learning experiences for the team 

2x Floor Judges - Comp is $120
Responsibilities include:

Scorekeeping your assigned event (must have previous WER experience)
Helping to manage other simultaneous events as well as your own
Providing great customer service 
Being flexible and able to perform any tasks needed for any of the events

PLEASE NOTE: Application window may close early, if event is fully staffed ahead of the application deadline.

Judges may convert cash compensation to store credit, each $1 cash may be exchanged for $1.50 credit.

Meal(s) up to $10 per meal will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipt. Water will be provided.

To help offset travel costs, a $25 gas card may be offered to L2+ judges traveling more than 80 miles round trip, please contact the TO for more details.

Judges will be required to fill out applicable tax paperwork.

We moved to a new 6,000 sq. ft. location in November 2014, and our renovations have finally been completed at this time (February 7, 2015), we have two full functioning restrooms in the store, as well as a public water fountain, and a brand new rooftop HVAC unit. With the move we ordered all new tables and chairs for our organized play space, to increase player comfort during our events.
