5th Annual BeNeLux Judge Conference 

16-18 October 2015

The conference will start on Friday evening at 18.00 hours and end on Sunday evening at 18.00 hours.
Everything is voluntary and no extra costs are involved.

This year we will be staying near the brewery of Westmalle Trappist (BE) at "Sint Jansburg".

Of course, once again our weekend will be filled with seminars, workshops, discussions and free play time.

Chores
A schedule will be made for chores, as the share the burden of caring for another. If you have any specific qualities or skills you'd like to share with us, please do so in your application.

Travel
Per car is the easiest. You can reach Sint-Jansburg via the E-19 highway between Antwerp-Breda (Exit 3). From the Kempen or Limburg via the E-34 highway (Exit 20) and the E-313 (Exit 19).  

Pulic transport is a bit more difficult.
Via train: to Station Noorderkempen (in Brecht)
At the station there is a direct connection with bus 440 (Busstation Oostmalle).

Per bus: In Antwerp you take the bus with direction Turnhout (line 41.0 Antwerpen – Oostmalle – Turnhout).

If you announce beforehand that you will be coming via public transportation, I will try to arrange for you to be picked up at the nearest train station.

Other
As with previous years, there are no extra costs for you as a participant. However, you will have to bring your own bedlinnen (cover, sleeping bag, pillow), clothes, toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, comb, etc.), games and alcoholic beverages.
