IQ Gaming is proud to host the Regional Pro Tour Qualifier for Milwaukee!

Introduction

Hey guys, and thanks for your interest in the Regional Pro Tour Qualifier in Huddersfield, hosted by IQ Gaming. This is one of the pinnacles of the new Magic calendar, and IQ Gaming are looking for an experienced judge staff to help make it run. We are looking for four (4) floor judges, Level 2 and higher. Level 1 judges will not be considered for this event.

Expected turnout is between 60-80 players on the day. The format will be Fate Reforged-Dragons of Tarkir Sealed Deck with top 8 draft.

The Head Judge will be Ray Fong (Level 3)

Compensation

The compensation for judges at this event will be one booster display (36 packs) of a recent Magic set plus lunch. In addition, room sponsorship for Friday and Saturday night is available for up to 2 judges, staying at the nearby Premier Inn hotel on St. Andrew's Road. This is a single twin/ triple room to be shared with the Head Judge and priority will be given to those selected that are travelling from furthest afield.

Call Times

Judges are expected to be on-site from 8:45am and stay until the end of the Swiss rounds. The tournament is expected to start at 10:30am. One of the judges may be requested to stay for the top 8. If you need to arrive late, or leave early, please note this in your application, but know that it may hamper your chances of selection.

Applications for this event will close at noon on June 5th, shortly after which a staff will be selected.
