Mox Mania Battle for Zendikar Prerelease

Holy @#$^!&!# it's Zendikar! Eldrazi, Allies, Expeditions, oh my!

Whew ... So Battle for Zendikar is coming. And with that, we have a whole weekend full of prereleases lined up. We're getting a lot of product in, and we're hoping to fill the store. Hence, we need some very willing and capable judges to run the whole show. That's where you come in. So I'm doing my best Gideon impression, and am rallying my Judge Allies to help run this thing. We can do the thing!

Okay, flavor-dorkery out of the way, here's the business:

Friday Midnight: Sealed

Saturday 11am, 5pm: Sealed

Sunday 11am: 2HG Sealed; 5pm: Sealed

These events are very popular at Mox Mania, usually selling out all allocated product. They draw a good mix of newer players and regulars. Numbers for each flight vary, but usually the Friday midnight and Saturday morning flights are the most heavily attended. We will need a Head Judge for each flight, and a non-zero number of Floor Judges and Standbys (who will be activated at the Head Judge's discretion). Please indicate in your application your availability for each event, including which capacity you would like to work in (HJ, FJ, Standby).

Judges will need to be on site at least a half an hour before the scheduled event. Attire is typical Judge fare--black pants, black shoes, and black shirt. If you have a Mox Mania t-shirt or a Magic Judge uniform shirt, that's preferable, but if all you have is a plain black t-shirt or button-down, that's perfectly ok. It just needs to be black. If you don't have anything suitable, please indicate this in your application, and include which size shirt you'd need.

Compensation is in the form of product at the rate of 1.25 packs per player (in physical product or store credit; for physical product, it won't be available until it officially releases the following Friday), divided by the Head Judge amongst the judge staff. Drinks and light snacks will also be provided for judges.
