Event Information
The Time Capsule is hosting the Virginia State Championship tournement for StarCityGames.com's State Championships Series.
Due to the larger-than-the-store-can-support number of players expected to attend this event is taking place in the VFW Hall a few minutes drive away from the store in Hopewell, Virginia.

Expectations
Judges are expected to prepare for the event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, Infraction Procedure Guide, and Judging at Regular REL documents. These documents can be found at the Magic Judges Document Center. As representatives of the Magic Judge Program, judges are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times. This includes arriving on time, and in appropriate attire, by 9:45 AM. Appropriate attire consists of black pants with a belt, comfortable shoes, and a Magic Judge shirt. If an official shirt is unavailable, any black shirt with sleeves and without logos is an acceptable alternative.
Compensation
Judges working the event will receive one booster box of a current Magic set and will be provided with a $10 meal stipend per day staffed.
