Event Information
The Oath of the Gatewatch Pre-release is just around the corner. Game HQ is looking for floor judges to help with our 4 flights.
We're looking for 2 judges for Friday and one judge for each additional flight.
The four flights:
- Friday Midnight
- Saturday 10 am
- Saturday 7 pm
- Sunday 11 am
Head Judges by Flight:
Midnight - Matt Hoskins
Saturday AM - Ron Palmatary
Saturday PM - Jason Monholland
Sunday - Jason Monholland
Volunteer Duties and Expectations:
Volunteers will help with
- passing out product and result slips
- answering floor questions
- educating the player base
- maintaing a fun and safe tournament experience
- distributing prizes
- other light duties that arise
Attire: Traditional Judge attire (Black slacks, black shirt, black shoes )are encouraged, but not required. Attire should be Judge attire or business casual.
Judges are expected to be onsite 30 minutes before the start of each flight.
Event Details
Each flight consists of a judge meeting, a player meeting, deck construction 4 50-minute Swiss rounds and post-event clean up.
Compensation
1/2 box of Oath per flight. Comp product will be available on the release date: January 22nd 11am.
