Bazaar of Moxen will make sure to arrange lunch food, depending on venue regulations (cash, ordering food, preparing food, etc.).
Additionally, Bazaar of Moxen is happy to invite all judges to a Judge Dinner held on Saturday evening.
Stand-by judges
- A Stand-by judge is someone who primarily plans to play the BOM, but who will make himself or herself available for judging if attendance exceeds our initial expectations.
- Stand-by judges who are not activated can play one tournament for free during each of the days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) they are not activated.
- Applying as a Stand-by judge does not reduce your chances to be accepted as a Regular Judge.
Expectations
Please read carefully this section:
- All judges applying at BOM are expected to be able to work and deliver rulings in English.
- Just like at our 2015 events, you will need to sign a contract to be able to work this BOM. A template of the contract will be available in the files section.
- Judges might be ask to setup or dismount the room during a part of their shift.
- Level 1 who apply should take a Policy Practice Exam and e-mail the exam ID and score to beuzelin.guillaume@gmail.com
