Brothers Grim Games is looking for a Head Judge for their SCG IQ!

Compensation will be 1 Booster Box (probably).

Q1: You're Judging a local grinder being held at competitive REL when Naomi calls you over to her match against Amanda.

Naomi explains that her opponent drew two cards at the beginning of her turn. Amanda says that she accidentally put a land to her hand for her Dark Confidant trigger, but revealed it right away when Amanda said something about it.

How would you approach this situation? What would your resolution be and how would you fill out the results slip?

Q2: Player activates Akoum Flameseeker, and instead of rummaging, they loot. What do?

Akoum Flameseeker Creature — Human Shaman Ally 3/2, 2R (3) Cohort — {T}, Tap an untapped Ally you control: Discard a card. If you do, draw a card.

Q3: You're a judge at a Sealed PPTQ. Under the old register, then swap, then build a Sealed Deck system, Debbie sees Kieth, the person to her right, open an Expedition Scalding Tarn. She jealously exclaims: Debbie: "Wow, must be nice! I guess you get to go home $250 richer!" Kieth: "LOL, go home? I'm 100% passing this. $300 is nothing, compared to playing on the Pro Tour" D: "Dang, you go hard son"

Registration portion ends, Judge starts instructing how to swap. You instruct the players to pass left, then left again, then swap with the person directly behind you (if any)!

After passing left for the 1st time, Kieth's pool is now in Debbie's hands. Before passing left again, Debbie quickly says, "Oh wait judge, I'm dropping. Expeditions OP!!!" The person who was supposed to get this pool (after 2 more passes) is infuriated, and demands that he gets the pool with the Expedition, since it was supposed to be his in the 1st place.
