Ciao Judges!

Sto cercando degli arbitri L1 per aiutarmi a rendere perfetto questo evento!

L'evento dovrebbe essere di media grandezza (50 giocatori circa) e sarà una grande opportunità per un L1 esperto che stà lavorando per diventare L2 di fare esperienza.
Il Capo - arbitro di questo torneo sarà Riccardo Tulli e verrà accettato 1 Standby che può essere attivato e ricevere il compenso di full sponsorship indicato in fondo.
Lo standby judge verrà attivato se si superano i 40 giocatori.
Verranno accettati anche al massimo 2 arbitri L1 o L0 che vorranno venire come volontari per fare esperienza nelle procedure di torneo.
Il criterio di scelta principale nella selezione degli arbitri sarà basato su quanto questo evento possa essere d'aiuto per il loro processo di avanzamento di Livello (più vicini sei al L2 e meglio è), e sugli obbiettivi che vi siete posti.

Aspettative

Tutti gli arbitri selezionati per questo evento devono arrivare sul posto mezz'ora prima dell'inizio (ora di inizio 11.00).
Gli arbitri devono conoscere più comuni interazioni e regole relative al Standard e le più recenti versioni delle MTR e IPG.
Gli arbitri in standby che vogliono giocare possono portare il proprio mazzo ma devono essere preparati a cambiarsi nel caso fosse necessario il loro aiuto.
Gli arbitri volontari non hanno obblighi di orario ma è richiesta loro la stessa professionalità e volontà di aiutare lo staff.

Tutti gli arbitri con la sponsorship devono essere disponibili fino alla conclusione della svizzera. Se sei disponibile a restare per parte della top 8 o se non puoi soddisfare queste aspettative, per favore scrivilo nella tua applicazione.

Abbigliamento

L'abbigliamento necessario è quello dell'uniforme standard da Judge: Pantaloni neri, scarpe nere, cintura nera e la camicia nera di Magic.

Se non hai la camicia di Magic va bene anche una maglia o una camicia nera senza scritte.
Gli arbitri non devono essere in uniforme quando non stanno lavorano, incluso durante le pause e durante gli scambi.

Tipi di sponsorship disponibili:

- (Full sponsorship) 18 bustine + cibo + acqua;

- (Standby) Gli arbitri in standby possono giocare l'evento gratis e se attivati riceveranno il compenso full sponsorship;

- (Volunteer) Agli arbitri volontari verrà offerto il pasto;

Hello Judges!

I'm looking for good L1 judges to come and help me make this event great.

The event should be quite large (about 50 players) and this is a great opportunity for an advanced L1 judge working towards L2 to get some experience. Riccardo Tulli is the Head Judge for the event and 1 Standby judge will be needed.
Standby Judge will be activated if there are more than 40 players.
The primary focus when selecting a floor judge will be based on how helpful this event will be for his advancement process and the goals he is setting for himself.

Expectations

All judges selected for this event are expected to arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the event (start time 11 am). Judges should be familiar with common rules and card interactions in Modern, as well as the most recent versions of the Magic Tournament Rules and the Infraction Procedure Guide. Floor Judges should arrive in uniform ready to work, Standby Judges should arrive ready to play, but should be prepared to change into uniform prior to the start of the event if needed. All judges are expected to be available until the conclusion of the swiss rounds. If you are able to stay for part of top 8, or are unable to meet these expectations, please note this in your application.

Attire

Expected attire is the standard judge uniform of black pants or slacks, black shoes, and a Magic Judge shirt. If you don't have a Magic Judge shirt, a button down black dress shirt is also acceptable. Judges should not be in uniform while off duty, including during breaks and while trading.

Sponsorship Options:

- (Full Sponsorship) For L1 a half booster box and a meal.

- (Standby) Standby judges play the event for free if not needed.
- (Volunteer) Volunteer judges have free meal.
