PPTQ Sydney - Gamer's Emporium, Swansea

I am looking for one (1) standby judges for the Standard PPTQ at The Gamer's Emporium in Swansea. Standby judges will be activated at 30 players and will be eligible to enter the event for free. Compensation, if activated, will be half a booster display box from the most recent set (likely to be Oath of the Gatewatch) and lunch will be provided.

Applicants will need to be familiar with the IPG and MTR and comfortable working at Competitive REL (please feel free to contact me if you want to discuss this). Applicants actively working towards their L2 checklist will be preferred, please include as much detail on your check list progress in your cover letter (including the name of an L2 judge who can provide a reference if we haven't worked together before). Other applicants are welcome to apply but you will be considered at a lower priority.

Black trousers (or skirt), shoes, belt and shirt will be required for the event. If this will impact your ability to apply then please contact me.

Judges will be needed on site from 1000 for the judge meeting until the end of the Swiss portion of the event. If activated, some judges may be asked to support the Top 8.

Transport from Cardiff/Newport areas can be provided, please let me know in your application if this will be required.
