Muchas gracias por su interés de participar en el “GP Costa Rica 2016”.
El torneo principal será los días sábado 4 y domingo 5 de Junio y un pequeño número de jueces será requerido para ayudar en los “Last Chance Trials” el viernes 3 de Junio.
Expectativas
Formar parte de un Grand Prix es una gran experiencia personal y profesional, pero también es mucho trabajo y un gran compromiso con la comunidad de Magic. Las labores de un juez en un GP son diversas y especializadas. Entre las funciones que deberás desempeñar están: responder llamados de jugadores, resolver situaciones complejas de juego, preparar el producto para el evento, montar el área de torneo, recoger basura, brindar ayuda a los jugadores en general, entre muchas otras. Este trabajo suele alargarse por muchas horas y ser agotador, por lo que te pedimos estar listo y descansado para poder hacerlo de la mejor manera.
El Grand Prix será un torneo pequeño (500 personas como máximo). Por lo cual tendremos un staff bastante pequeño y la selección será difícil.
Compensación (Full Sponsorship)
1 caja de sobres por nivel de juez por dia de trabajo.
L1: 1 caja de sobres (36 sobres) por cada día de trabajo. + 1 playmat del GP
L2: 2 cajas de sobres (72 sobres) por cada día de trabajo. + 1 playmat del GP
L3+: $50 dólares + 3 cajas de sobres (108 sobres) por cada día de trabajo. + 1 playmat del GP
(Cajas en español de la edicion mas reciente).
Comida(Full Sponsorship):
Cada Juez recibirá $20 dólares para cada comida ($60 por día) en vales para comer en el hotel.
Hotel(Full Sponsorship):
Cada Juez recibirá un total de noches igual al número de días que trabaje +1 (Es decir si trabaja 2 días, tendrá 3 noches de hotel).

Los cuartos serán reservados con base a los días de trabajo, es decir si trabajas el viernes reservaremos la noche del jueves y la noche del viernes. (Si quieres algo diferente por favor menciónalo en tu aplicación)
Compartiras el cuarto con al menos un juez del mismo genero.

Cena de Jueces(Full Sponsorship)
Tendremos dos cenas
La primera será el jueves tipo meet & greet con 2 bebidas incluidas por persona.
La segunda se realizara el domingo por la noche al terminar el evento.
La cena de jueces será incluida como parte adicional a la compensación.
Tendremos agua y snacks disponibles para el staff.
Standby: Un número de jueces que estarán en caso extremo, ya sea al llegar cierto número de jugadores en el evento principal o si algún juez cancela de último momento. Al no ser incluido en el staff recibirá 100% de descuento en su inscripción del evento principal, noches de hotel y vales para comida. No marcar esta opción NO reduce tus posibilidades de quedar en el staff principal.
Aceptación temprana: Si viajas de lejos entendemos lo importante que es comprar el boleto de avión con tiempo, por lo cual ofrecemos esta opción para algunos jueces.
Bonos (Travel Sponsor): Tendremos un par de bonos disponibles para los jueces que vengan de lejos y quieran quedarse un par de días extras. Los bonos son de $60 dólares en comida y noche de hotel.

Hi all
Thank you very much for your interest to participate in the "GP Costa Rica 2016".
The main event will take place on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th June and a small number of judges will be required to assist in the "Last Chance Trials" on Friday, June 3rd.
Expectations
Being part of a Grand Prix is a great personal and professional experience, but also a lot of work and a strong commitment to the community of Magic. The works of a judge in a GP are diverse and specialized. Among the functions that need to play you are: answering calls from players, solve complex game situations, prepare the product for the event, mount the tournament area, picking up trash, and provide assistance to players in general, among others. This work is often drag on for many hours and be tiring, so we ask you to be ready and relaxed to do it the best way.
The Grand Prix will be a small tournament (500 maximum). Therefore we will have a fairly small staff and the selection will be difficult.
Compensation(Full Sponsorship)
1 box of boosters per judge level per workday.
L1: 1 box of boosters (36 boosters) for each day of work. + 1 playmat GP
L2: 2 boxes of boosters (72 boosters) for each day of work. + 1 playmat GP
L3 +: $ 50 + 3 boxes of boosters (108 boosters) for each day of work. + 1 playmat GP

Hotel(Full Sponsorship):

The rooms will be reserved on the basis of working days, ie if you work on Friday reserve Thursday night and Friday night. (If you want something different please mention it in your application)
You will share the room with at least one judge of the same gender.

Judges Dinner(Full Sponsorship)
We will have two dinners
The first will be on Thursday meet & greet with 2 drinks per person included.
The second will be held on Sunday evening after the event.
Dinner judges will be included as additional compensation part.
We will have water and snacks available to the staff.
Standby: A number of judges who will in extreme cases, either to get a number of players in the main event or if a judge canceled last minute. Not being included in the staff will receive 100% discount on the registration of the main event, hotel nights and vouchers for food. Do not mark this option does not reduce your chances of getting in the main staff.
Early acceptance: If you are traveling from afar we understand how important it is to buy the plane ticket with time, so we offer this option for some judges.
Bonus (Travel Sponsor): We will have a couple of bonds available for judges who come from far and want to stay a few extra days. The bonds are $ 60 on food and hotel night.
