Dutch Open Series - NIEUWEGEIN - 9 & 10 APRIL 2016

Some information about the Dutch Open Series, it's comparable to the big .EU leagues such as MKM Series, TOP Series & Bazaar of Moxen series. 2 day spectactle of Magic in a superb location in the centre of Holland (Fletcher Hotel Nieuwegein, near Utrecht). On Saturday we will host the brand new Shadows over Innistrad Sealed & Legacy, on Sunday we will host a large Modern event (Dutch Modern Open) - for Sunday we expect atleast 200+ players.

First edition was last year at the Spellenspektakel, with over 420 unique players visiting the Modern (208), Legacy (96) & Sealed tournaments (116). Maximum cap for this location is 252 unique players. Total prize support is over € 8.000,00 divided over 2 days.

For the upcoming Dutch Open Series (website: http://www.dutchopenseries.nl) we are looking for:

3 Headjudges, 2 for Saturday, 1 for Sunday, preferred level 3 (or a highly experienced level 2)
4-6 floorjudges per day, preferred level 2 or higher (or a highly experienced level 1 almost becoming level 2)
2-3 standby judges per day, you can join an event of your liking if you aren't needed to judge
1 dedicated scorekeeper (already filled)

Compensation (per day):

• 50 euro for a 8 hour workshift (with occasional free time)
• 25+ euro if the shift is longer than 8 hours (it probably will)
• Flexible compensation for travel expenses (maximum of € 50,00 depending on location)
• Headjudges will receive an extra +25 euro
• Lunch (in the form of 2 sandwiches, fresh fruit + candy bar)
• Dinner (for judges doing a late shift, 8+ hours)
