Event Information
During all 2016, MindSports Academy wants to welcome players at their Grand Prix events with a high customer service level.
We understand that, in order to achieve this goal, it is positive to show a special gratitude to some of these judges who always bring top quality, experience and go the extra mile at each and every event.
If you think you’re among these judges and want to commit to work with us at either 2 or 3 of our 2016 GPs (Manchester, Lille and Madrid), you’ll be very welcome to apply for our MindSports Academy Masters’ Program!
MindSports Academy Masters’ Program is a yearly multi-event sponsorship opportunity for a limited number of experienced judges who want to commit today to judge our events, getting some advantages in the process.
We are looking for judges with high quality tournament skills, both able to perform in key special roles during the event and provide an added value to the judge staff and the player experience.
As a general benefit, all selected judges will be considered accepted and will be granted a room sponsorship for 3 days for all the events they apply for on this application. This means they’ll still need to apply to these events at the appropriate time, but they can start planning their trips in advance because they’ll be automatically accepted for them.
In addition to early acceptance with room sponsorship, selected judges will aspire to some other economic supports. You can find all benefits and conditions for L2 and L3+ judges selected as MSA Masters below:
L2 judges
L2 judges selected as MSA Masters will get:
- Early event acceptance confirmation for all events they applied for
- 3 nights of room sponsorship at each event
- 100€ extra travel fee if they attend all three events
L3+ judges
L3+ judges selected as MSA Masters will get:
- Early event acceptance confirmation for all events they applied for
- 3 nights of room sponsorship at the events
- A travel cost reimbursement of:
o Up to 300€ if they apply for two events
o Up to 500€ if they apply for all three events
All economic payments are a yearly total stipend (not per event) and will be handled in the last GP attended of the year.
L3+ judges will be asked for their estimated travel costs during the application form and will receive a private personalized offer if they’re selected to confirm with them the selection. This offer will include a “partial payment” option between Lille and Madrid if they apply to attend all three GPs.
If you want to apply for our MSA Masters’ Program, you need to:
- Fill out our MSA Masters application form
- Press “apply now” above, answer all the application questions and tell us in your cover letter why you think you should be selected for this role.
Application will close at 11.59 PM Eastern time on March, 6th. Selections will be communicated to affected judges privately before March 10th and make public after all confirmations.
If you have any question or doubt about MSA Masters’ Program, please contact me privately at sergioperezmarcos@gmail.com with “MSA Masters” in the subject of the email.
