FaceToFaceGames Saskatoon Open (1.5K)

Hello everyone!

Thank you for your interest in working at the Saskatoon Open!

I'm going to be looking for three L1 or higher judges to work the event as well as one more to be on call and ready to judge in case of a larger than expected turnout. 

The event will be run at competitive meaning knowledge of the IPG, MTR, and Comp Rules are vital.

Please include in your application:

-a history of your judge experience

-some goals for the event

-any additional info I might need, as well as your contact info.

I will be accepting applications as they come in! The sooner I can lock my team in the better!

Compensation:

Main staff: $120 cash (or $150 store credit) for the day

On-call: Free event entry and if activated same as the main event staff.

Each main event judge will also be awarded with a “Judge Rewards” exclusive playmat as thanks for their time and effort.

No lunch stipend will be given for the Judge staff above normal wages.

For those judges who aren’t accepted for the main event but still want to judge for the experience I’ll be allowing a volunteer option.

While this won’t come with any of the sweet swag you’ll be under no obligation to stay for the whole thing and I’ll buy you lunch as a way of saying thanks!

Other Expectations:

The expectation will be the same as for any competitive level event dress code, meaning all black uniform and judge shirt if possible.  If you have any questions or concerns about this, please reach out to me!

Finally I’m also going to be asking everyone to help out promoting the event in your local communities. The more people who make it out the better and I really want this to be a great event for the Saskatchewan magic community as a whole.
