USA-North Judge Conference Minnesota 2016

Greetings for the first conference of the USA-North, the main conference will be May 14th at Village Games.

We have space for 100 people for the main conference day - as a result it is very important to apply and if you can't make it let us know so someone else can attend.

Presenting
Please mention in your application if you would like to present.

Optional Second Day
We will be having some more intensive small-group sessions, covering topics like investigations, head judging, and team leading on May 15th. Attendance for this day is wholly optional.  
NOTE:  If you can only attend the Sunday sessions, you are still eligible for foils.  

Foils
In order to receive foils for attending, you must be a certified Judge and apply to this event before April 14th.

Testing
Testing is available for both L1 and L2 at this conference.  If you are interested in testing, please answer the question about testing in the application.  There will be a forum post with further information about testing as we get closer to the conference.

Location
Please note that sometimes Google gets confused as to where Village Games is and may direct you to their old location. If you enter in the address you will avoid this problem. Village Games is close to Highway 169.

Schedule
The general plan for this conference is to start midmorning on Saturday the 14th, and run into the evening, with a lunch break.

Post-conference activities
There will be some kind of post-conference gathering, which is also optional.  We have the rooms at Village for the full day, and proposed social activites include Decadent Draft, Judge Tower, EDH, and of course dinner.
