The conference will start on Friday and end on Sunday.
Everything is voluntary and no extra costs are involved.

Travel
There is a trainstation in Overpelt, but the venue is quite far away from it (in the middle of nowhere).
Travelling by car is definitely the preferred option. There will be a "shuttle service" to and from the trainstation.
If you're going to be travelling by public transport, then please give me a call when you're almost at the station.
Please try to arrange that you're arriving at approximately the same time as others, who are using public transport to the conference.
This way we won't have to drive up and down to and from the station very often.
