Georgia Spring Mini-Conference

The Georgia judge program, in cooperation with Giga-Bites Cafe, will be hosting a Judge Mini-Conference on May 1, 2015!

This is an opportunity for L0s and L1s to network, share knowledge, and learn from other L2+ judges in the Georgia community. Not a Georgia judge? No problem! Feel free to come anyway! This event is about sharing skills and experiences, and having a good time with your fellow judges. Unfortunately, Mini-Conferences are not supported by foils, but there will be giveaways all day long!

We plan is to start at 10am and go until roughly 4pm.

We will have two sessions, followed by a lunch break from 12pm-1pm (there are plenty of places nearby and Giga-Bites Cafe is giving us 10% off your dining purchases in house), and two more sessions in the afternoon. Once those are finished, we will end with Judge Jeopardy! There will be more give-aways as we the competitors knowledge of everything from those silly "Don't put drinks on the table" puns to Magic's History and more!

There will be a selection of presentations by members of the Georgia judge community. If you are interested in presenting, please let us know by emailing us at nicolettemapraez@gmail.com with topic ideas. We strongly encourage L1 judges to consider presenting!
