SCG States Standard South Dakota

We are looking for a few good judges to help run South Dakota Starcity Games States.

I'm expecting we can hit 30-40, but may hit as high as 50 and can support up to 60 players.

Outside of myself, I'm looking for one volunteer and up to 2 standby judge.

A standby judge is a judge who WILL be at the event, and if we end up with lots a players, we

can call upon to help judge the event. If we hit 30 players the first standby judge will be tapped to

judge, and at 40 the 2nd.

If you are currently Leve 2 or higher it is possible to apply for Head Judge. If you wish to

please include this in your cover letter.

All judges who work the event will get thier choice of $30 check or $45 gift certificates, and any standby judge

who play in the event only have a $10 entry fee, instead of a $30 entry fee.

If the event hits 40 or more players we will increase the value of the compensation.

Judges from out of town I may be able to arrange for places to stay, if needed please include in your cover letter.

We will additionally be running a 2nd SCG States tournament the next day, you may also apply for that.

I will post the staff on April 10th. If you do not get accepted please understand there is limited space

and we hope you will apply to other upcoming events.
